
ZACH KEEFER
Zach is a retired Green Beret, and a IFBB 212 Pro. He is currently an NPC National Level Judge. Zach has over 14 years of experience in the fitness and bodybuilding industry, coaching hundreds of men and women to national and pro statuses in the NPC, IFBB and many other bodybuilding federations. Zach uses his education and experiences to bring clients to their best package for the stage, while supporting a strong and healthy body. Zach has a proven system over the last decade of training world champion physique athletes, elite special operations soldiers and all the way down to basic weight loss transformations.

Accountability
As my client I expect you to remain accountable for your check-in schedule. This goes hand in hand with training and nutrition, as it is your responsibility to eat all your meals and properly execute your training program and it is also your responsibility to check in on your set schedule. This is not a babysitting service, and I will not round you up when you do not check in on time. Mindset is everything.
Trust
You hired me. Trust me in the fact I will take you to where you want to go. Bringing you to your absolute best is my job. Every decision I make is a step to the end goal. Even when you think I am not on your side, I am. We all have unique roles to play, and sometimes it is necessary for me as the coach to help keep you accountable to your goals, even if it means sacrificing short-term wants or desires. Keep in mind that regardless of short-term wants, I will always prioritize the long-term plan to meet our end goal. Your best interest and health will always be at the forefront of my decision-making. Trust is key, and with time and effort, we can build a solid foundation
Consistent Communication
More than just checking in, letting me get to know you on a personal level allows me to make your plan to fit you. The more information I have the more detailed I can be. You need to be thorough during check-ins, also if something comes up that can cause disruptions to your training or nutrition, letting me know promptly allows me to help you execute in a better fashion. I should not have to drag information out of you. The intricate details matter. Do not make the decision for me on what is important. Let me be the judge of that.
Accessibility
As a client you will have 24/7 access to me via WhatsApp for check-ins and communication. You can send me a message anytime, day or night. You will not wake me up. You will always have access to me and especially during the final days of your prep I will be there every waking moment.

Individualized coaching and nutrition plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Includes weekly check-ins with your coach via WhatsApp with thorough explanations and updates to your plan.
